A volunteer’s responsibilities include completing tasks assigned to them in support of AAMA's high standards and values. In addition to assigned tasks, the volunteer is expected to demonstrate professionalism, arrive on time, and follow instructions.
Some of a volunteer's duties might involve preparing materials, helping with setup, cleaning up work area, or working jointly with a AAMA employees.
When volunteers are on duty, their dress should conform to AAMA's dress code.
All Volunteers will be required to complete a Background Check and Drug Test.
Volunteers will check in at the front desk upon arrival. This record allow AAMA to know who is in the building.
Volunteers will wear name badges provided by AAMA as a security measure and as recognition of its value on its volunteers.
Volunteers will learn AAMA procedures and follow them.
